only EB1-A/B GC should be termed as earned… all other categories can be termed as free loaders.

What hardship ? don’t say personal reasons as hardship… only EB1-A/B and some EB2-NIW go through some hardship while some meaningful contribution to the nation. All other categories it’s just a mere administrative thing.
