I don't understand this public clamour for encounter, it's like cheap band aid for cancer . 

You don't achive anything , no studies will be done on how such people come to be , no lessons will be learned to prevent such incidents  , society is no better after he is executed without trial . 

Why can't public force the courts to act faster , why are people silent on judges dragging out the case decades ?
