buyers kaadhu. Builder went bankrupt - never finished them. Went in disrepair after 7 years unoccupation and they decided better to blast them than repair them

There are things, govt wants to build so many buildings more than the capacity needed. 

all these things are funded by govt 

demolishing and constructing is part of creating employment in China

world pothadhi le. For MNC companies you have to pay hardship salary for working in india. But nothing in china - there is a queue of people available.
