One of my friends' brother 18 yrs in a WITCH company fired six months back, i couldn't know the reason. He is struggling to find a job now. He has worked only for that company all in his career, 18 yrs.

my college friend got fired recently from another mid size desi company, 10 yrs exp, worked for 3 companies till now, into SAP, he is also struggling to find a job.

15-18 yrs on paper doesnt mean 15-18 yrs real experience..many ppl its only 2-3 real cutting edge experience..rest is jaffa time pass
