Agree, they are seeing the potential and starting. It's ok, as long as there are audience for them its not hurting anyone.

VIthika Made career in Youtube. she did not got anything biggboos or Movies. she depressed after negativity she got from biggboss and started youtube with help of her husband varun. 

Now every video she puts out gets 1 M views. She is earning 1 Cr per year.
