prince143 Posted September 20, 2021 Report Posted September 20, 2021 Plannning to move out of state as remote work was provided. As per my knowledge it seems like we need to file a new LCA and H1b amendment petition . https://www.uscis.gov/archive/uscis-draft-guidance-on-when-to-file-an-amended-h-1b-petition-after-the-simeio-solutions-decision When You Must File an Amended Petition You must file an amended H-1B petition if your H-1B employee changed or is going to change his or her place of employment to a worksite location outside of the metropolitan statistical area (MSA) or an “area of intended employment” (as defined at 20 CFR 655.715) covered by the existing approved H-1B petition, even if a new LCA is already certified and posted at the new location. Note: Once you file the amended petition, your H-1B employee can immediately begin to work at the new location. You do not have to wait for a final decision on the amended petition for your H-1B employee to start work at the new location. Has anyone done/doing this? Would there any issues? RFE? Alternative ga Mana current workplace lo unna dost galla address tho manage cheyocha address proof ki? Quote
Anta Assamey Posted September 20, 2021 Report Posted September 20, 2021 You have to file an amendment .. Quote
Epic Posted September 20, 2021 Report Posted September 20, 2021 You can work out side MSA by filing an amendment and adding your out of state address to your LCA. dost galla address antava, no change required, you just need to post your Original LCA in living room, but issue may arise during site visits - so it may not be a good idea.
