after the vaccine, the hospital will give you a record, for each vaccine, so each passenger will have 2 proofs each for a vaccine.

WH Covid response coordinator Jeff Zients says US will lift Covid travel ban in early Nov for fully vaccinated travellers coming from Ireland, Britain,European Schengen zone,China,India,South Africa,Iran &Brazil. Some exceptions inc. for children not yet eligible for vaccination.
