There are mesthri company in oil sectors too. All they do is inspect pipelines and make recommendations. Mesthri will employ them and bill them and make a margin. very v ery profitable.

How to get into a sector like that though. 

I think it's all about the right network, manaki mostly network undedi IT side so we are blind sided by that. 

Other sectors we need to make a network to find out, oka famous vascular surgeon unnadu friend valla cousin he makes some 3 million per year. Doctors ki antha istharani I mean top of the line ones ki appati varaku teliyadu naaku. 

Same with the intellectual patent attorney field.

Yes he made tons of money on the stock, and he got into Amazon as they were just entering into a very popular and high paying field now. He himself attributes to some of it being luck but yeah he stuck around and now recently retired from Amazon after 15 years to run his start up.

If u work in same company for 10 yrs, the max salary u will be getting in 10th year will be < 2X first year salary.( for most of cases)..

if u change 2-3 companies in those 10 years, u can even see 3-4X tc. Sometimes even more
