Hello, Any one recently travelled to India via Qatar or Dubai (Emirate or qatar airlines) ? Any restrictions ? Any other information would be greatly helpful. 

 

Also, Are the visa consulates open? Trying to go for visa dropbox.

Visa slots are open but very limited both for Dropbox and in person interview. You need NIE approval to travel back.

 

Travelled in Qatar. You have to present covid RT PCR negative result taken within 72 hours of your departure time. No other restrictions. After landing in India, they again take samples for covid test at our cost.
