Curiously, he is planning an IT park in Nalgonda district for unemployed youth, he is not bothered about attracting investments for built up office space in the Hyderabad and Hitech city cluster .Nalgonada is hardly 80 km away from Hyderabad, why it need a IT park without having eligible human resources and infrastructure facilities. If so, who are investors in these parks? IT SEZs in Vizag and Vijayawada are facing difficult times to attract investments and companies for many reasons. How Nalgonda can attract the investments in IT. If anyone wants to invest in IT sector in this region, the obvious choice is Hyderabad as entire state human resources are concentrated here. The fact is this IT minister is planned artificial real-estate boom in his Nalgonda town. So realtors and middle class investors beware of Komati Reddy plans to deceive innocent people.
