prices alage unnai ee area lo, even before covid 600 to 650k unde townhomes and has grown around 10% in 2019. 

Townhome anedi antha manchi idea kadu, nenu townhome lone untunna, with kids its hard to manage.

Depends on which part of town bro but those have gone up too. 600k ki ostundi manchi illu, if you move towards Rock Hill, South Carolina you can find one around 500k or less
