I think people will be asked to come back to work... The percentage of WFH will more than pre COVID but will not be like what it is now... 5gavml.gif

Majority seem to be offering partial work from home. That yes many are doing. even before covid many companies offered one day work from home. And there were always lesser paid empoyees who got permanent wfh before too. 

I think companies offering full work from home permanently are only slightly increased.

pressure from govt....economy ki bokka, not immmediate, span of decade lo bokka...already govt has given free money so inflation will start..adi recession ki lead avvakunda undali ante, economy should be up and running. anduke many companies who initial willing to go 100% remote are now doing hybrid model
