ROI ela untadhi bro since its a peice of  land. Moving to india teledhu eppude but visitings will happen every year mostly

Visitings ki deniki baa villa waste of money. Just buy a land, do fencing and any other work to make it clean and leave it empty, someone will approach you for apartments, restaurants, servicing stations or petrol bunks. 

Residential is not a good idea if you are staying here for a while. Nuvvu velle mundhu oka 1 year ki buy one modern villa and move
