Currently Microsoft FTE, India with 19LPA package. Received offer from Forsys for 31LPA. Its a small US based company comprising 300 odd employees. Need suggestions on offer acceptance.

Adhe artham kavatle..chinna company kabatti growth super ga untadhi..but job security ee doubt.. It's a cloud consulting and they also have three own products.

Based on google photos that company don’t even provide monitors to employees… all are working on 👨‍💻
