As a developer , do you have work sessions with other members in your team where you write code on the fly?

I take lot of time to understand requirement and write code , but do they expect you to write on the fly sometimes apart of the quick bug fixes ?

yes pair programming antaru. but the catch is everyone has a different style of coding..

few already keep templates and few google everything ...so mentality match avvadam kastam and will at times lead to anxiety if the other person reacts in a way that " nee yavva idi kooda teliyada ani"

I always say I love working in silo and by myself..
