Raven_Rayes Posted September 24, 2021 Report Posted September 24, 2021 emuntai vaadi cinema lo? maa amma adhi cheppindhi, maa ammamma idhi cheppindhi ani sollu dialogues untay I remember one scene I liked in his movie Godavari. When the hero asks his uncle to stfu and let the heroine do what she wants, not try to influence her like he did his daughter. hehe.. and then he proceeds to butcher that scene with some unsolicited cringe advice from the heroine. personally, I prefer not to even talk to civil services assholes, but she thinks she can talk like that to them without much consequences. lol. shekhar kammula truly lives in another world. I'm not surprised you find cringey scenes as reflective of nativity. are characters in your world that needy and wanting for attention and affection, as in Kammula movies? my mother tongue (whatever that means) is in fact Telugu. both my mom and dad are telugu. unless you consider Rayalaseema as not Telugu. may be you do. 1 Quote

No, nativity is his movies reflect in his movies, like the song that plays in gram phone in Anand movie, like watching banumathi on TV etc.. you won't realize it unless you grew in the Telugu states, you won't realize it.
