Hahahha..,, inkochem venakki vellithe... ante 1999 lo, maa reatives 430 Sq Yard bought for 1.5 Lakhs in Payakapuram area if Vijayawada. Cut cheesthe, even during the worst period of Covid pandemic in Aug,2020 they sold it for 1.5 Crore. 100 times appreciation

Yeah I don't understand why the hype with rates in Hyderabad.  Rates everywhere in Andhra go up even further because of lot of nri investment.  Hyderabad atleast has some justification as one of the prime cities in India. Even districts in Telangana saw the same appreciation recently.
