Bharati Cement is one of the cheapest priced cement for bulk consumers in AP. Almost 80% of the cement is bought by the bulk consumers. barely 20% of Bharati Cement is sold in open market. Full load cement directly from factory ki eedu vese transport charges kuda lowest. So much so that bulk users in Karnataka now buy from Bharati.

Not sure of bharati cement but other cement bags (in vizag) like Ramco costs Rs 380 at store/shop (without transport) , if u ask to deliver them they will charge 40 or 50 extra which makes around Rs 420 to 430 for a 50 kilo cement bag 

Sand costs around Rs 150/bag (without transport) & 180/bag(with transport) inside vizag city

After Covid construction has become  expensive  !
