Without any new bills forget about GC for 2021 dates in life time. 

best bet is people will get green cards through their US born kids.

Year ki eb2 and eb3 kalipi 14k green cards vasthayee India ki without any new bill. 

Next year max 2013 clear avuthundi emo GC dates. So from 2014 , each year minimum 40k approved I-140s vunnayee per year approximate gaa. 40k X 7 years = 280k approved 140's. Okko 140 ki one dependant anukunna need 560k green cards. 

So need 560k / 14k per year without any spill over or new bills = 40 years wait time in best case scenario.
