Help required Indian visa

Hi,

I have a toddler (US born) and planning for india trip in a month.

India ki ippudu tourist visa iwataledu, ma vadiki OCI ledu. Entry visa yela apply cheyyali and yenni days padthadi ewriki ayina teliste.

Can you please help.
