naku 485 EAD vunadhi and fulltime offer vachindi but H1B sponsor cheyaru annaru, 485 EAD medha work chesthe advantages and disadvantages (my priority date June 2014 and EB3 downgrade I140 approve ayinadhi).

But just back in the mind manaki doubt untadi in case 485 deny avuthe how ani(which is rare rarest)

After i140 Approval....better to stay with current employer for 6 months

Stay in good terms with current employer

 

Advantages....India velli ravachu...no need of stamping...no need of amendments and extensions...

 

Disadvantages....ppl say ...once u start working on i485 ...you can't go back to h1b

@csrcsr uncle .. EAD (i765) premium processing start chestaru ani annaav kada .. do u have any news about it ? how legit is that statement, i mean PP will going to be introduced in future ani ?
