Phase 2 metro is also triggering a lot of speculative investment . Office space is picking up Nellore is also good , shown much better growth than Chennai in some areas . Our own farm prices has almost doubled since last year since Penna barrage is almost finished . Activity around sricity is also picking up again with lot of rental deals , ventures I heard chittoor district is also red hot right now due to the expressways under construction Quote
