Exactly but bubble kadu bro prices are not on par with banglore yet.. so Hyd still has room to grow anukutna .. but agriculture land prices went way too far.. lands around chennai and blore are cheaper than 100km Hyd Radius.

100km radius lo kuda 30lakhs per acre anta ridiculous prices.. 3 years ago also we used to get acre land in narayankhed area for 3-5lakhs now nothing short of 30lakhs per acre there

normal agricultural lands in rural places lo kuda 20lakhs minimum.. 30lakhs in normal price.

after raithubandu and probable development in future, I don't think 30L is a price to think about.
