You are absolutely right to say this . Corruption , caste and other things are waste to discuss as almost every party is more or less the same 

Anyone in krishna / Guntur dist or with financial interests in real estate there should also feel that TDP is best out of all options.

The perspective of other people will vary though , you have to be willing to accomodate that not all people should share the same feelings

Development of who ? That's  the big question 

Should a  leader who can't even repair the biggest road in his state for four years be considered pro development ?

He couldn't even spare 20 crores to acquire land to fix the alignment    but  called for 40000 crores tenders for somewhere else 

Just like I said he was great for development of some people  , others may different opinion
