This is the easiest type of loan you can find in India. 

Deeniki pareshan enduku kaka? Loan against property.... usually home loan kante oka 1-2% ekuva vuntadi..

okavela ide property mida previously loan teesukuni vunte, vaadine malla adugu...10 days la approve chestadu...and if you are an NRI, it only makes it easier.
