Needs research...but my guess -

since this was the time when Alexander already Invaded India & as shown in the map Shatavahanas were ruling and Gautami Putra shatakarni (who is a shatavahana) movie climax fight is with Demitrius (Greek), I think Indians were pretty much exposed to then outside world not sure to what extent.
