Any service, dani reliability is usually measured in Service Level Objective (SLO) , Service Level Indicator (SLI).

ante...we promise our service will be available for so and so time in a given year, and expect only a pre-defined downtime..

lets say FB APIs , which most of the third parties use , for example to Login, or FB Pay etc...

vallaki FB SLO 99% undi ma APis ki ani chepte....clients should expect a downtime of 3 days 15hrs per year..

alaga FB if I think promises a SLO of 99.99 for its services...then expected downtime should not be more than 8hrs in a year..which they already breached....

Service level agreements. Facebook has to pay companies for this outage time.

konni sarlu adi kudarakapovacchu...ante SLO miss ainattu ..

konni sarlu husband ki dorikipovacchu or less than 5 kudaracchu and you have to plead guilty....ante SLI miss chesinattu
