Pressure two types untai in general..

Okati ..as a team/company you have to deliver something in less time...in this case you need to stretch urselves  and support the team...bcoz it could be temporary and on demand..

Rendu...its just mishandling like setting up meeting around 11:30 pm etc is a shitttt...and few other things...you can speak up on this...in a righteous way...which is what I meant
