Actually new york has pretty good shelter program they will not let these people live on the street .

California has a big homeless corruption industry , big cities spend close to 40-60k /yr on each homeless individual and no one can track where it goes .

LA has always been a shitty city.. There are some nice areas long the coast, remaining areas are gang ridden, run down and violent..Most of the desis stay 1 hour away from LA in places like Irvine but aa places too much chinki, it feels like living in China..2017 lo I lived there for 1 year and have decided never again..

Even though many cities have same problem it's gotten worse in some cities. I went to Philadelphia recently I think after 5 years and it's unrecognizable. Previously these cities used to attract foreigners and I doubt anyone will visit them anymore.
