Ask him to go to airport and some one can take the print out and scan and it send it to his email or phone… 

And apply online in air India for air suvidha… he doesn’t have to wait for all these and you guys can take care of all paper work

If he does not have symptoms and if he thinks he is safe/ok vere valla results edit cheyadam thappa 2hrs lo results ki inko option ledu..
