India badly needs judicial reforms. Modi-Shah ki adi chese dammu ledu. Oka vela attempt chesina, 'democracy is in danger' antu inko protest modalavutundi. 

Bottomline: They haven't changed. I don't expect them to change in the future.

Coming to possession of drugs, ju jubi idi. This itself is the loophole and once chargesheet is filed, it's extremely easy to keep the case pending.
