deadlifts not doing in the right form, her legs shouldnt be that wide , also the bar should be close to the legs rather than away... should cheese with chest, but she is pulling up the weight directly

why the heck she bend so low for battle ropes

Low calorie diet lekapothe, stress ekkuva unte, alcohol addictions unteee enni hours exercise chesina wasteee....

Gym is only 20% and food habits contributes for 50% and life style + sleep cycle another 30%

age has no impact, look at the women here, older women are so fit, and healthy, 

Its all about diet and its dicipline, any age people can do

Some women have natural oestrogen levels high when they grow old anna. I dont think its applicable for all though. Stress levels and life style batti untadhi le..
