Why power crisis in AP, not in Telangana?

mundhu chupu lekunda Baboru entered into PPA agreements with solar & wind power generating companies (that too with high tariffs) , asked them install & produce power in AP but this agreement was only confined to papers & nothing materialised on ground during baboru’s tenure !

Now these companies were not in mood to produce & give power so Jagan had to cancel those PPAs

Now jagan can’t go for fresh PPA’s with thermal power plants (coal based) as these coal based have gone into agreements with other states & now all of a sudden they can’t come to AP 

baboru solar companies tho PPAs pettukoni  , coal based PPA’s ni gaaliki vadhilesaaru , antha MoUs medhaney vunnayi nothing on ground just like amaravati 

2014-19 was one of the worst phases for AP since 1947 Period.

AP inni appulu cheyyadaniki kuda karanam CBN. 

 

He did not take loans using all available land and assets as Security. That's the only reason why Jagan is doing it.
