Compared to 10-20 years ago people have learned to take care of their bodies now. Peak age for guys used to be 30 to 40 in the old days but now most of the guys are peaking between 40 to 50 now a days.. Same thing with girls instead of peaking between 20 to 30, now they are peaking between 30 to 40 years.

Same in India also now a days. 30 is when men and women are getting some financial freedom and getting started in their lives.. 30s are the new 20s and 40s are the new 30s.
