Job offer urgent suggestions please

My cousin total 10 YOE is currently working FT with bcbs Raleigh (remote) for 5 years as a senior software engineer(devops), base 115k+ 10% annual bonus. Very flexible/secure/comfortable job, but not much growth and knows team and work very well. She got an offer to join cisco as a software engineer, Raleigh (remote). 145k base + 15% annual bonus + 15% sign on bonus + 50k stocks vested for 4 years.  Is it better to continue with current cool job or take cisco at lower designation? Also how is the work life balance, culture, growth and job security at cisco. Please provide pros and cons. Need to sign offer this week, based on your experiences. Please share inputs

Vaalla personal life gurinchi teliyakubda ela suggest chestham bro .. just based on salary .. if your cousins spouse is already making 200k by working his assss off .. then it is better for her to stay in cool job than going for another 30-40k extra per yr ..
