I  am trying to move apartments in the same complex ..applied for a bigger one and it got approved..kaani lease agreement lo if I break the lease , migilina months rent mottam kattali antunnaru..the management has changed..mundu flat 1000$ fee vundedi..epudu Endo ee lolli...it is common or maa apt vaadu kottaga start cheseda..sublease kuda not possible antunnadu..okavela move ayithe rent mottam bokka? Anyway to avoid this...edo penalty ga oka month rent ayithe kattestam kaani full lease period ante tough..apt is in Irving

Neeku old management ichina lease lo emundo ade valid unduddi unless you signed a new/renewed lease doc with new management, read that thoroughly.

 

Similar situation faced some 5 yrs back. Direct ga approach ayya they didnt flinch. Avvo lo $50 ki attorney toti letter pampincha.. management budged and agreed for old terms which were on my lease doc
