In big towns and cities and in some districts,there are 15-20% hindus.Hindus of bangladesh are in every field from politics to movies to business. Bangladesh government is talking strict action on those who attack minorities. In bangladesh,many hindus and muslims are living together peacefully like india.

Attacks on hindus used to happen more when opposition party BNP was in power.Even many muslims were killed in terrorist attacks done by them.Now BNP party chapter is closed and BNP leader khaleda zia is in jail.After sheikh hasina became prime minister of bangladesh in 2008,attacks on hindus decreaded a lot.Most of the bangladeshi hindus voted for sheikh hasina in elections.

The present govt in Bangladesh is secular and doesn't encourage Islamists . 

As long as Hasina is in power , hindus will be safe and the country will prosper but if BNP comes to power it wil turn into another Pakistan or UP
