Khaleja movie on October 20th???

Mahesh Babu's Khaleja (or Mahesh Khaleja) movie is facing the title problems!

Vinay Bhaskar Reddy, who owns the Khaleja title (as he registered that title with the film chamber before Singanamala Ramesh), filed a case in the Nampally court saying that no one can use the Khaleja title and even the name Mahesh Khaleja comes under copyright obligations.

However the producer Singanamala Ramesh slammed such reports. He reminded that in the 1960s a film came by name Donga Ramudu. After that movie hundreds of movies with Donga title came including the Donga movie of Chiranjeevi.

"Now my film is called Mahesh Khaleja. Then how does it come under copyright laws" he wondered.On the other hand, Vinay Bhaskar Reddy, who registered the Khaleja title holds right over the title only till 19th this month and after that his registration over the title expires.Mahesh Babu can wait till 20th of this month and buy the name of that day and release it, say the lawyers.
