r2d2 Posted October 20, 2021 Report Posted October 20, 2021 ఈ-ఓట్ ప్రయోగం సక్సెస్.. స్మార్ట్ఫోన్తో ఇంటి నుంచే ఓటు దేశంలోనే మొదటిసారిగా స్మార్ట్ఫోన్ను ఉపయోగించి ఇంటినుంచే ఓటు వేసే ఈ-ఓట్ విధానాన్ని తెలంగాణలో ప్రయోగాత్మకంగా పరిశీలించారు. రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం (ఎస్ఈసీ), రాష్ట్ర ఐటీ శాఖ లోని ఎమర్జింగ్ టెక్నాలజీస్ విభాగం రూపొందించిన ఈ-ఓట్ విధానంలో ఇవాళ ఖమ్మంలో ప్రయోగాత్మకంగా పోలింగ్ నిర్వహించారు. ఉదయం 7గంటల నుంచి సాయంత్రం 5గంటల వరకు యాప్ ద్వారా ఓటింగ్ నిర్వహించారు. 2,128 మంది ఓటర్లు తమ ఓటు హక్కు వినియోగించుకున్నారు. 58.6శాతం పోలింగ్ నమోదైనట్టు అధికారులు ప్రకటించారు. ఈ-ఓటింగ్లో ఎలాంటి సమస్యలు తలెత్తలేదని, రెండు నిమిషాల్లో ఓటింగ్ పూర్తయిందని అధికారులు వెల్లడించారు. ఖమ్మం జిల్లాలో ప్రస్తుతం ఎలాంటి ఎన్నికలు లేనప్పటికీ క్షేత్ర స్థాయిలో ఈ-ఓట్ విధానం అమలు ఎలా జరుగుతుందో గుర్తించేందుకు పైలట్ ప్రాజెక్టుగా చేపట్టారు. అత్యాధునిక సాంకేతికత ఈ- ఓట్లో పాల్గొనే వారు ఆండ్రాయిడ్ స్మార్ట్ఫోన్లో యాప్ను డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఇందులో 15-20 ఏళ్ల క్రితం దిగిన ఫొటోను కూడా సరిపోల్చగలిగేలా ఇమేజ్ ప్రాసెసింగ్ టెక్నాలజీని ఉపయోగించారు. యాప్లో వివరాలు తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లిష్ భాషల్లో ఉంటాయి. ఎలా నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి? ఓటు ఎలా వేయాలి? అని తెలుసుకునేలా వీడియోలను అందుబాటులో ఉంచారు. ఈ-ఓటింగ్ విధానంలో కృత్రిమ మేథ, బ్లాక్ చైన్ టెక్నాలజీ వంటి సాంకేతికతలను వినియోగించారు. ఈ సాంకేతికతల సాయంతో 3 సార్లు ఓటరు అథెంటిఫికేషన్ చేయనున్నారు. ఓటరు పేరు, ఆధార్, లైవ్ లొకేషన్, ఇమేజ్ మ్యాచింగ్ వంటివి సరిచూడనున్నారు. బ్లాక్ చైన్ టెక్నాలజీతో ఆన్ లైన్ ఫార్మేట్ లో వేసిన ఓట్లు చెరిగిపోకుండా తిరిగి లెక్కించటానికి దోహదపడుతుంది. భద్రతా ప్రమాణాల దృష్ట్యా ఈ డేటా అంతా స్టేట్ డేటా సెంటర్ లో భద్రపరుస్తారు.
