Dude, did you ever apply to a federal job? How do you think one is selected for an interview? Like I said earlier, you're scored on everything including your race. A black woman will be in the 90 percentile with a bachelor's degree, and a white man would need a PhD degree to be in the 90 percentile. Does that mean that they both have the same qualifications? It's not even subjective because a computer makes these decisions, not even human. Apply to any GS position and tell me that race is not a factor. What are you even talking about without knowing the selection procedure?
