Apostille US Birth certificate in India

I recently shifted to India for good. My son is US born , while trying to apply for OCI in India, they are asking the US Birth certificate to be apostille 

after some research, I found that apostille is done by the US government to use the US issued certificates in India 

anyone has an idea on how can we get this apostille done from India
