Giving house to Indians only ante that is housing discrimination. Instead buy in a place where school district is good. Rents ki velthayi and mostly families untayi. In states which are landlord friendly as well. Idhi naaku ichina salahalu

Invest 10K in crypto. I prefer Ethereum/Bitcoin. Another 10k in Apple/Google/Microsoft. 5k keep it in savings. Another 5K put in high risk options trading.
