Just FYI, if the gap is very recent - May be a prblm. Prior to 2 yrs ayithe no issues at all..

In Employment History, Mention only what you have genuine. 

Generally they will not ask for resume or nor will compare with the same ... if they compare also ,Only consider what you have updated in Employment history.
