difference between inspiration and copy

even though shanker claims that he had written the story of "robo"  10 years back.that was turned in to a film recently and released, scored super hit. even it has some similarities with the concept of movies like "i robot" " bicentennial man" but there is no scene to scene copy from these movies in "Robo"..shanker might have some inspiration from those movies.but never copied any scene to scene from Hollywood movies . he worked with high technical crew who are the in the "matrix" and "Jurassic park"
and showed his creativity ....i think this is called inspiration and creativity .
while coming to our telugu directors mainly "rajamouli""puri jaganadh" these directors had copied most of the parts of action sequence twists and turns from lot of hollywood and bollywod movies....now they are so fearless and shameless  they directly  taking scene to scene and entire stories from other films& they will say that they are inspired from copied films.. @3$%.
