A Plainsboro man was shot multiple times at his home on Briardale Court early Tuesday. Sree Aravapalli, 54, died at a local hospital a short time after the 3:38 a.m. shooting, township police and the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office said in announcing the incident was a homicide. Authorities reported no arrests or charges, not a motive or theory for the gunfire. The investigation was ongoing midday Tuesday. Property records show Aravapalli owned the house in a development of sizable single-family homes off Grovers Mill Road called The Crossing at Grover's Mill East. Investigators asked in a statement that is anyone has information or surveillance footage of the area, they can contact Plainsboro Detective William Atkinson at 609-799-2333 or prosecutor’s Detective Paul Kelley at 732-745-3330.
