1) what docs need to be notarized

2) do we need to attest(sign) all the docs?

1. For Kids,3 Notarized Docs,

a. Passport Copy

b. OCI gov form, page 3

c. Parental Auth Form (first time upload dummy doc to OCI website, once its notarized you can scan and re-upload the doc)

2. Self Attestation recommended on all copies you are sending.(kids birth cert aithe both parents) {this is mostly chadastam, but its tested and worked so do it}

3. Nope,  Original Passport is no longer required.

last week e apply chesa... things changed...vfs site chala clear gha undi...even list of documents, he clearly mentions what docs needs to notarized,  original/copy etc.. 

 

only one doc need to notarize..parental form smething...

 

no need to send original passport..only issue is uploading doculemts..documents size shd be around 500 kb i think...rest instrns very very clear
