By the same logic, within-caste marriages are going to cause lot of genetic issues in future, just like what is happening when you marry your uncle/bava/maradalu etc... so many kids are born with genetic diseases.  IQ levels also go down.

Diseases will of course compound. So does the positives of that genetic lineage. Compounding effect is not just confined to diseases alone.

That's not how science works honey.  You really need a course in population genetics to understand what a recessive gene is and how the genetic signature of the offspring comes forth. Specifically, you need to understand how population bottleneck and genetic drift happens.
