yenduku risk man…keep in mind that CIS cross checks information in DS160 during I-140 and I-485. Ikkada unna sons GC ki apply chesinapudu emanni pedataru dad gurinchi. If they want to go with dad alive theory and had to submit parents affidavits for BC, appudu em chestaru?

enduku man ivvani utta punyaniki…state the facts and since daughter is in india, that shows strong ties to india
