I think they are okay to use it. But I cannot login it because it needed vpn token which is expired. Now my question is can I install windows 10 on my machine. Quote

There might be bios level locks preventing erase of OS. don't risk your career for 400$ laptop. Just buy one if needed. Company laptop typically has information to return if found on the bottom.
