Azzu bhai is under rated and forgotten in this generation. Not an aggressive captain himself but always used to side with the players and support them. Gentleman to the core.

Fantastic fielder he is super fit even now..Athani batting art eh, once he settles in most of his test hundreds were very quick.

In running motion he used to reverse flick the ball and that comes straight and falls in WK gloves.. Top class slip catcher before Dravid & VVS took over, before that Sachin & Azhar were at first & second slip.

Missed out on 100 tests too..

Was dropped after 1999 WC from the team but was in rampaging form after playing domestic season aah Nantie Hayward lifter ball valla injured in Board Presidents XI game else would have played in first test at Mumbai but made 100 in very next test in Bangalore.
